How to get there
- Access Inventory on the navigation bar
- Select Waybills.
- On the corresponding waybill line, click the three dots button ( ⋮ )
- Choose one of the available options
Send, edit or delete a waybill
Send a waybill by email

When you choose to Send, a window will open where you can enter the necessary details to send the delivery note by email.
- Complete the following fields:
To
It will be filled in automatically with the email of the contact and the contact persons of the client
Show CC/BCC
When activated, you can add emails in public copy or hidden copy
Subject
It will be filled with the default text that also contains dynamic words. You can modify it to suit your needs
Text
It will be filled with the default text that also contains dynamic words. You can modify it to suit your needs
Linked attachments
The PDF of the order will be attached. If you have activated the option to include attachments (Settings > Invoicing > Email templates), those files will also be added
Template
Select one of the text templates you want to use for the email
- Press the Send button
After submission, an icon will appear on the right of the corresponding order line. A closed gray envelope informs that the email has been sent; while the open blue envelope means sent and read by your client.
Edit a waybill
The Edit option will take you to the waybill creation panel.
- Apply the necessary changes
- Click Save
Delete a waybill

The Delete option will ask you to confirm the deletion of the delivery note directly from the list.
You will be able to recover the delivery notes deleted from the trash, but only during a period of time determined by your plan (between 10 and 120 days). Check the details here
