POS is a Gem subject to a monthly fee that you can activate from the Holded Store. It is composed of a section on the platform, for stores and inventory management, and an application for iOS or Android tablets for daily usage in a physical store. Learn more about POS in this section.
Once activated the POS gem, you will have to choose how the users of your account will have access to the POS app and its section on the platform.
Please note that in case you are an administrator or account owner, you will have granted full access to all the POS components by default.

POS Supervisor
This role is designed for those users who need to create and manage a store profile and its respective registers, perform a sale and manage stock and products, as well as consult and modify the list of Contacts.
POS Clerk
This role is for those users who only need to perform sales in the app and consult the list of Products and Contacts on the platform.
Custom POS role
If needed, you can personalize the access roles to the POS components to grant customized permissions.
This option is only available if you have purchased an Advanced or Premium plan.
