How to get there
- Go to Inventory on the navigation bar
- Select Orders
- Click the Purchase Orders tab
Receive units from a purchase order
Simple products, with variants and product packs
- In the Order list, select an order of your choice
- Within the popup panel, click Receive Units
- For each item, indicate the number of units to receive; write down the figure manually, or choose one of the following options:
- Click the Confirm button
Products with lots or serial numbers
- In the Order list, select an order of your choice that contains products with lots or serial numbers
- Within the popup panel, click Receive Units
- In the Receive column, click Select Lots or Select Numbers, depending on the type of product
- In the dropdown, type to create or search for a new or existing lot or serial number
When creating a lot or serial number from this menu, you will only be able to give its name. If you want to add the start and end dates, you must do so from the product panel, by clicking on Manage lots or Manage numbers
- For each item, indicate the number of units to receive; enter the figure manually in the Receive column, or choose one of the following options:
- Click the Confirm button
