1. From Taxes, click on the button New Tax, at the top right of the screen
2. Fill in the data

   Click on the icon to see more details            

3. Click on Create

1. From Taxes, click on the button Country taxes at the top right of the screen
2. Select Add country and choose the country from the drop-down menu
3. Click Next
4. Select Add
5. Name the rule
6. Select which Section the taxes are associated with, be it from PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Shopify
7. Click on Taxes and select from the drop-down menu
   the one you want to link
8. Save
   

Remember that the taxes of some countries may coincide with the Spanish ones. To correctly identify the sales arriving from Spain, you will also need to create the tax by country for Spain and assign the corresponding VAT.
