Manually filling in the SII fields on your purchase invoices
Holded also allows you to automate SII values on your purchase documents. Learn how in this article.
Once you activate the SII, new options are activated in your purchase invoice editor related to this service.
You can manually indicate the SII values in each of your purchase documents:
- Manually report all SII-related fields as appropriate:
Contact ID type Use the dropdown to select the type of contact ID. Transaction key Specifies the regime of the transaction. Transaction type Indicates whether delivery of goods or services is involved. Invoice data Representative Tax ID Enter the representative's VAT number. Additional transaction key Specifies the regime of the invoice transaction. Transaction description Holded will use the information you have entered in the invoice concept to fill this field automatically. You have the option to modify it, if you wish. Transaction date Refers to the date on which the service or good was rendered. Date of accounting record Refers to the day you enter the invoice in your records. Deductible fee It is included by default based on the invoice data. You can modify it manually if you need to. Invoice type Holded will report this field automatically according to the type of purchase document you have created (invoice, simplified invoice, amendment invoice, etc.). Invoicing agreement reg. no. This is the registration number obtained when sending the invoicing or bookkeeping authorization. Deduct in subsequent period Check this option if you wish to deduct VAT in a period subsequent to the registration period. You will need to indicate the period and year of deduction. Pre-registration GGEE o REDEME o CompetenceCheck this option if applicable. This is the identifier that specifies those billing records with difficulties to be sent on time because there is no record of the change of status to GGEE, of the inclusion in REDEME or of a change in the inspection competence. Simplified invoice Art. 7.2 and 7.3 RD 1619/2012Check this box if it is a simplified invoice issued in accordance with the provisions of articles 7.2 and 7.3 RD 1619/2012. Macrodata It is checked if the invoice amount exceeds a threshold of 100,000 euros. Entity succeeded When checking this option, you will need to indicate both the name and the Tax ID of the succeeded entity. Information per item Per item Check this box to display the data on Concept, Subtotal, Taxes, VAT/IGIC, and R.Eq. These fields are automatically filled in by Holded taking into account the information on the invoice lines. However, you will have to manually indicate whether or not there is a reverse charge by means of the drop-down menu. - Click on Save
