How to get there
- Access the Control menu in the upper right corner of your screen
- Select Consultancies
Only those users with an administrator or owner role have access to this section.
Granting access to your account
- Open the conversation from Your conversations
- Click on the Grant access button
- Select the role among those available in your account
Only the accounts with an Advanced or Premium subscription plan can create custom roles. Find all the information in this article.
- Click on Save
Removing access to your account
- Open the conversation from Your conversations
- Click on the button Remove access
- Confirm the operation
Please note that the consultancy will lose the access to your account, but the collaboration will still be active.
