How to get there
- Access to Partners from the toolbar
Managing pending activities
Depending on your client's subscription plan and the roles and permissions assigned to you, you may have access to all the sections or only a part of them.
Access your client's Holded account
- From your Dashboard, select the client
- In the detailed view, click Access the account on the top right of your screen
Manage invoices and expenses
- From your Dashboard, select the client
- In the detailed view, check how many sales or expenses documents are pending to review
- Access the Sales section of your client by clicking on Go to Invoices or the Expenses section through the Go to Expenses button
Reconcile bank transactions
- From your Dashboard, select the client
- In the detailed view, check how many reconciliations are pending to review
- Access to the Banking section of your client by clicking on Go to Banking
Review Inbox files
- From your Dashboard, select the client
- In the detailed view, check how many Inbox documents are pending to review
- Access to your client Inbox by clicking to Go to Inbox
Organize new contacts
- From your Dashboard, select the client
- In the detailed view, check how many new contacts have been created in the last 15 days
- Access to the Contacts section of your client by clicking on Go to Contacts
Record entries
- From your Dashboard, select the client
- In the detailed view, check how many documents and movements are pending to review
- Access to the general ledger of your client, Go to General ledger
