Once you accept a collaboration request, your new client will have to grant you all the access permissions to manage their activities, while you will have to assign one or more managers who will be in charge of following this account through Holded.
If the assigned managers do not have an administrator or owner role in your own Holded account, they will have access exclusively to the data of their assigned clients.
This means that they will not be able to manage other requests, edit the public profile of the consultancy and view the full Dashboard.
What can you do in a client's account?
Access to your client Holded account
Open your client's account to know the general status of the company. Depending on his subscription plan and your roles and permissions, you can have access to all the sections of the platform or just a few of them.
