After a Holded user has found your consultancy on the Marketplace, they can start a conversation by sending you a message with questions and queries about your services.
In case you reach an agreement, you will simply have to accept the request to start collaborating through Holded: the client will grant you all the necessary access to manage the account and pending tasks.
However, depending on the case, you can choose to reject this request, block the client or cancel the collaboration.
Only the administrators or owners of a consultancy account will be able to manage requests and messages.
What are the available requests and account status?
Approved |
The request has been approved and the collaboration is active |
Declined |
The request has been rejected and the conversation with the client will be archived |
Pending |
The messages haven't been read, or the request has not been approved yet |
Cancelled |
The collaboration is over |
Blocked |
The account is blocked |
Unblocked |
The account is unblocked |
