How to get there
- Access Inventory in the navigation bar
- Select Products
You can also access Products through the Control Panel by clicking Go to Products
Filter and segment your products
Filter products with the search bar
Every time you need to find a particular product, you can use the search bar by typing the name of the product or the SKU code so that it appears in the list of products.
Filter products with predefined filters
Despite being able to see some options, the red gem icon indicates that you can only use them by activating the Inventory gem from the Holded Store.
- Click + Filter
In the list of products you also have predefined filters available, in order to get a more detailed view of the characteristics of your products.
By choosing one of the following options, you can filter your products by:
Created |
The date the product was created on the platform. You can choose between Last week, the Last 30 days, the Current month, or the Current year |

Stock |
Product availability in number of units |

The presence of a stock alarm |

Units below the stock alarm |
The presence of a number of units lower than the stock alarm |

|
Tracking |
The predefined type of product, i.e. single, with variants, with lots, with serial numbers, or product pack |

The groups of characteristics that allow you to organize and filter your products. For example, the material category with values such as cotton and linen |
|
|
The variants you have created. For example, size or color |
|
Subtotal |
The sale price without taxes (or tax base). You can choose between: Bigger than, Less than, or Equal to the indicated amount |
|
Cost |
The amount, calculated as the average value of the stock based on the value of the purchase invoices. This field can be manually edited and will be used in stock reports |
|
Purchase price |
The non-tax amount used in purchasing documents, such as invoices or purchase orders. The value of this field is fixed, that is, it is not calculated automatically, but it can be edited manually. |

Warehouse |
The warehouse assigned to the products |
|
Archived |
The archive status |
Once you have selected the filters you need, you can click Save segment, and your search preferences will be saved as a custom filter among the predefined segments.
Filter products by segments

This option will allow you to filter the products by type.

Remember that between the segments, the custom filters that you have saved will also appear
