Export or download Inventory documents by pipelines

Remember that you must have previously created the pipelines to be able to use them. Learn how to do it here

With these steps, you will be able to get a list of all the documents that are in a certain personalized stage and get a file that contains only those documents.

1. In the list of an Inventory document, select + Filter
2. Click on Pipeline and choose one of the custom states you created earlier Haz clic en Pipeline y elige uno de los estados personalizados que hayas creado anteriormente
3. Click the download icon
4. Choose if you want to export the information in .XLSX or PDF
