- Open the menu of Analytics from the navigation bar
- Click on Reports
- Access Purchases
- From the left sidebar, select the option Expenses
Checking the expenses report
The report of Expenses, unlike the Purchases report, takes into consideration any expense with an assigned account belonging to Group 6 (Purchases).
This section gives you access to an analysis of your expenses at a general level and according to assigned accounts.
Holded will show you the amount of these expenses per month according to the invoices and entries posted:
- Click on one of the following tabs: Expenses, Expenses by account
The Expenses tab gives you information based on the number of expenses at a general level, while the Expenses by account tab shows the cumulative amount based on the assigned account.
- Use the options below to filter and display specific information and perform specific actions:
