Applying filters and segments to your task list

From the task list in Holded you can apply filters and predefined segments to find what you are looking for quickly.

Using predetermined segments

Select the default segment you want to display:

All	All tasks generated in your projects will be displayed. Without applying any specific segmentation.
Active	Only the tasks that are active will be displayed.
My tasks	Tasks that have been assigned to you will be displayed.
Archived	Only tasks that have been archived will be displayed.

Using predefined filters

Tags	Apply this filter to view those tasks that contain certain tags.
Status	Filter by task status: All, To do, New, Rejected, Duplicate, Duplicate, In progress, Done, Testing, Verified.
Assignee	Filter by the person to whom the task has been assigned.
Informer	Filter by the person marked as the informer.
Active	Select Yes or No to filter by active and inactive tasks.
Archived task	Select Not archived or Archived to filter by tasks that have or have not been archived.
Project	Filter by the project the task belongs to.
This project is archived	Select All, Archived, Not archived to filter by project status.
Type	Filter by task type: All, Task, Story, Epic, Bug
Priority	Filter by priority: Very Low, Low, Medium, High, High, Very High, All
Story points	Indicate if the numeric unit referring to the story points is Equal to, Greater than, or Less than a specific number.
Creation date	Indicate whether the creation date is Equal to, Greater than, or Less than a given date.
Resolution date	Indicate whether the resolution date is Equal to, Greater than, or Less than a given date.
Start date	Indicate whether the start date is Equal to, Greater than, or Less than a given date.
End date	Indicate whether the end date is Equal to, Greater than, or Less than a given date.

Saving custom filter combinations as segments

The new segment will be accessible from the drop-down menu, so you can easily select it when you need it.
