What is the problem?
I have not been able to collect one of my invoices via GoCardless. How can I re-issue the direct debit?
How to solve it
If there has been a problem with the direct debit payment via GoCardless:
- Go to the list of invoices
- Access the editing options of the invoice with the direct debit payment set up via GoCardless
- Change the due date
- Hit Save
On the other hand, if you need to reconfigure the payment via GoCardless because you had previously canceled it:
- Access the invoice editing options from the three-point menu (⋮)
- Check the GoCardless box again
- Click Save
