How to get there
- Access to Analytics from the toolbar
- Select Reports
- Click on Sales and then Quotes on the sidebar
What is the Quotes report?
Holded provides you with an automated report where all the data about your quotes, either entered by you or generated by the system, is collected.
Through this report, you will be able to analyse where your company is situated with regard to your quotes, consult its history and make a projection for its future.
You can filter the information by date, with a maximum time range of 12 months.
You can export each section of the report in Excel or PDF, filter by Tags and choose the graphic display that best suits your needs, between bars and lines.
Click on the star icon to mark the report as your favourite and view it as soon as you enter the Reports section.
What are the available sections in the Quotes report?
Quotes
This is the main category, where all the data related to your quotes is gathered, giving you an overview of its status.
The data is broken down as the following:
| Cost | The information about the cost displayed in the product details. If there would be cost variations, an average will be made between the cost indicated on the product details and the amount displayed in the purchasing documents of that same product. |
| Margin | The difference between Sales and Cost. |
| Sales | The total amount without taxes. |

Quotes by client
This section collects all the data of your quotes, classified according to their linked contacts.

In this section of the report, you will find the data about your quotes related to all the added products.
The breakdown is organized according to the name of the products.

In this category, you will be able to consult the data of your quotes in reference to all their added services. The breakdown is ordered by the name of the services.

This is where the data about your quotes is collected and distributed by the sales accounting accounts previously assigned to them.
