Get there
- Go to Inventory on the navbar
- Select Products
- Click on a product on the list
- Click on the History list button in the product card
Check the stock history from the product panel
The History stock allows you to check the state of your stock over time thanks to its three areas.
History
The History table allows you to analyze all the changes in the number of your product units divided per month, detailed by day.
Date |
The day on which the stock movement has been registered |
Variation |
The total number of product units that have been added or removed from the stock on that day |
Stock |
The total number of product units available on that day after the stock variation |
Last transactions
In the Last transactions table, you can see the last changes in the stock in detail:
Created |
The date and time on which the stock unit number was changed or the related document was created |
Date |
The date on which the stock unit number was changed or the related document was created |
Description |
A brief explanation containing the product's details |
Warehouse |
The name of the warehouse where the stock movement was registered |
Units |
The number of product units that have been added or removed with that stock movements |
Stock |
The total number of product units available on that day after that stock movement |
Click on See full list to check all transactions that have been done in relation to your product. You can also make a search, apply filters and segments (filter groups), and, export the list in Excel or PDF format.
