Get there
- Go to Inventory on the navbar
- Select Products
- Click on a product on the list
- Identify the Product reports area in the product card
Check information about sales, quotes, and purchases from the product card
The report types
There are three types of product reports inside the product card. Depending on the report type, the information will come from a different document type:
Product buyers |
The information shown on the sales invoices related to your product |
Budgeted |
The information shown on the quotes related to your product |
Product providers |
The information shown on the purchase invoices related to your product |
The data contained in the reports
All these product reports will provide you with the following details:
SKU |
The Stock Keeping Unit is the unique reference number that identifies each product |
Description |
A brief explanation containing the product's details |
Barcode |
The EAN reference number |
Contact |
The reference name of the contact |
Documents |
The product reference number. It can belong to a sales invoice, a quote, or a purchase invoice depending on the report type |
Units |
The number of product units sold, budgeted or bought |
Subtotal |
The sale, quote, or purchase prices before taxes, depending on the report type |
The fields about SKU, Description, and Barcode contains information coming from the product card. On the other hand, the fields about Contact, Documents, Units, and Subtotal contains information coming from the related document, that is, sales invoice, quote, or purchase invoice.
