POS is a Gem subject to a fee that you can activate from the Holded Store. It is composed of a section on the platform, for stores and inventory management, and an application for iOS or Android tablets for daily usage in a physical store. Learn more about POS here.
How to get there
- Perform the register opening
- Access the Sidebar by tapping on the three-line menu (☰)
- Select New sale

Adding products
To add products to a sale you can use a barcode scanner, write the product code directly or browse the list of items in the grid.
Remember that if you can't find an item, you can use the search bar by typing the SKU or the name.
Using a scan
Learn here how to configure your scanner
- After you have connected your scanner, click on New sale
- Open the scanner view by tapping on the barcode icon
- Frame the barcode with your scanner
- If you prefer, take a photo of the barcode by tapping on Camera
Writing the product code
- Open the scanner view by tapping on the barcode icon
- Tap on Scanner
- In the barcode section, write the code of your product
Manually navigating the grid
- From New sale, access the grid view by clicking on the icon
- Tap on the items you want to add
- In case the product has variants, long press on the item to open the product details and select the correct variants
You can also select the variants, serial numbers, and lots with a single tap on the item and pick the preconfigured product properties.
Removing products
You remove in bulk all the items from a sale by clicking Discard on the top right.

- Tap on the trash can icon
