Is there a previous step required before enabling TicketBai in Holded?
Yes, in case the Hacienda Foral that corresponds to your company is the one of Bizkaia, before enabling TicketBai you will have to register here during the voluntary period.
This step is not necessary if you are located in Guipuzkoa or Alava.
Is it necessary to upload my Company Certificate?
No, Holded is recognized as a social partner and, therefore, the system is authorized to send your invoices to the Haciendas.
All you have to do is accept our terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box when enabling TicketBai.
Is it mandatory to activate the Sales Draft mode to use TicketBai?
Yes. The approved invoices will be sent immediately to the Hacienda Foral and cannot be modified.
For this reason, when you enable TicketBai, the Sales Draft and Block approved sales documents modes will be activated automatically so that you can verify the data of your invoice before approving it and sending it to the Hacienda.
How can I know if an invoice has been validated?
From the detailed view of the document, you will be able to verify the validation status of your invoice. If the file has been received correctly and approved by your Hacienda, the status will appear as Accepted, while if your document shows the status of No Registered it means that it has not yet been received or that there has been some kind of error.
Is it possible to send a document twice?
No, the same document cannot be sent twice, although, if an invoice has been sent with an error, you will have the option to cancel it, as long as its status is Accepted.
