Keep in mind that you need to activate at least the Inventory on the Holded Store to use Warehouses and its features.

Get there
- Go to Inventory on the navigation bar
- Select Control Panel
- Look for the Warehouses area
- Click on Manage
Do you like shortcuts? Use cmd+k (Mac) o ctrl+k (Windows) and select Warehouses to access this section. You can also follow the path Control Menu > Settings > Inventory to get to this section.
Check your warehouse stock
Check the general information about the stock
In the Summary window, you can look at the basic information related to the warehouse address and contacts. On top of this, you can also check:
Total products |
The total number of products in the warehouse |
Total units |
The total number of product units in the warehouse |
Stock |
The chart that provides visual information about stock quantity variation during the year |
Check the detailed information about the stock
The red gem icon points out that you'll be able to use some options that you see on the platform only by activating the Inventory gem on the Holded Store.
In the Products tab, you can check information about the product type.

Use filters
The red gem icon points out that you'll be able to use some options that you see on the platform only by activating the Inventory gem on the Holded Store.
In the Products tab, there are also available Filters. They will allow you to get a detailed overview of the products in your warehouse.
By selecting one of the following options, you can filter products in different ways.

Filter by product type — simple product, with variants, with lots, with serial numbers, or product pack |

Export your warehouse stock
- Select your warehouse from the list
- Inside the warehouse file, go to the Products tab
- Click on the three-dot button
- Choose if you want to export the stock in an Excel or PDF file
