- Go to Contacts from the navigation bar
- Select the contact from the list
- Click on More
With this action, you offer the end customer the option to pay through the client portal via PayPal, and to make the payment through this gateway. Or by credit card, in which case the payment will be made either via Stripe, or Square.
Remember that only contacts who have the Catalog app activated will be able to place purchase orders.
Activating the gateway as a payment method in the client portal
It is not possible to activate Stripe and Square at the same time for the same customer
- Go to the Portal section
- Activate the PayPal, Stripe, or Square toggles to enable payment through these gateways
If you wish to disable this option, simply use the toggle again to do so
Remember that you can link the payment methods you have configured in Holded with any of the accounts in Banks. This will allow the accounting entries of the payments generated to be automatically assigned to the corresponding bank account. Learn how here.
