What is the problem?
Holded allows you to use your external email provider such as Google or Outlook. If you are experiencing issues when configuring the SMTP server to send your documents via email, you need to check that the details provided are correct.
How to solve it
You can review the information related to the SMTP server at the path Control menu > Settings > System > Email, and then select Setup > Send from your SMTP.
SMTP Username
Your external email address.
For example:

The server of your external email account.

This checkbox can be marked or unmarked to activate or deactivate the TLS security protocol.
