- Go to Banking from the navigation bar
- Select the Banks option
Holded allows you to add cash or cash type accounts, so you can record and track your cash transactions.
Remember that cash is not reconciled, which is why you cannot activate synchronization or import the bank statement.
Adding a cash account
- Click on + Add account in the upper right corner
- Select the Cash option
- Indicate Name and Currency
- Hit Save
Cash transactions will be recorded automatically when you create a payment or collection from Holded. Learn how to account for payment or collection in Holded here.
