Recurring invoices is a Gem that can be enabled from the Holded Store. Learn more about this functionality in our article.
How to get there
- Access Sales from the toolbar
- Select Invoice
- Click on the Recurring invoices tab
Management options
A. Edit a recurring invoice
- From the list, select the recurring invoice you want to edit
- From the summary of your invoice, access the three-point menu (⋮)
- Select Edit
- Modify the data
- Save the changes
B. Duplicate a recurring invoice
- From the list, select the recurring invoice you want to duplicate
- From the summary of your invoice, access the three-point menu (⋮)
- Select Duplicate
- Make changes if necessary
- Save the new recurring invoice
Keep in mind that the duplicate document will have a new invoice number.
C. Export a recurring invoice
- Go to the download icon on the top right of your screen
- Select the export option that suits you best (Export Excel, Export PDF, Google Sheets, Export items)
