Remember that you can access additional features by activating the Inventory Gem from the Holded Store. Learn what else can you do from Stock management and all you can do from Inventory
Get there
- Go to Inventory from the navigation bar
- Select Products
- From the list, click on the product for which you want to set the alarm
With this feature, you can set the minimum number of units that triggers a stock alarm. In this way, Holded will be able to tell you which products have a quantity below the desired level.
Once you have configured your alarms, you can consult the list of products with a low stock level from the stock alarms report. Learn how here.
Set up stock alarms
Add alarms to specific products
- Click on Set stock alarm
- Enter the following information and click Confirm:
Lot | This field displays the product identifier. It is not modified. In the case of a product with lots, several references will appear. Remember that in order to create products with lots and variants, you need to activate Inventory from the Holded Store. Learn more here. |
Stock | Refers to the current number of units. It is not modified. |
Alarm | Enter the minimum number of units you want to be used as a reference to trigger the stock alarm. |
If you want to add additional alarms for certain products, simply access the three-point menu (⋮) and click Stock alarm +.
Deactivate alarms
- From Stock alarm, access the three-point menu (⋮)
- Click on Turn off
- Confirm the action
How are stock alarms notified? When you access the product list, you will see a Stock! symbol next to those products that are in danger of being out of stock.
