Get there
- Access Analytics from the navigation bar
- Select Reports
- Go to the category of Inventory
- Click on Stock alarms
By means of this report, you can visualize those products whose stock is below the minimum number of units that you have entered when generating the stock alarm. This way you can quickly detect which products require your attention and keep your stock at an optimal level.

Checking the information in Stock Alarms
View data by columns
From Stock Alarms, you can view the following information by columns:
| SKU | The identifier of the product for which the stock alarm has been configured |
| Name | The name of the product as you entered it in the platform |
| Stock on hand | The units currently remaining of the product |
| Stock alarm |
The minimum number of units used as a reference to trigger the stock alarm |
Export information
You also have the option to export the information in the table so that you can work with it independently:
- Click on the download button
- Select the format you prefer (PDF, Excel)
