What is the problem?
If you are experiencing issues when signing your electronic invoice, it's due to the fact that you need a digital certificate. However, this certificate is not available yet on Holded.
On the other hand, if you have trouble when uploading your electronic invoice to the related Organization, it's possible that the information contained is not correct, or that there's missing information.
How to solve it
Regarding uploading, you can upload the XML file downloaded from our platform to this Government's official webpage. This way, you'll be able to know exactly what is the issue with the file (e.g. missing information, mistaken IBAN, etc.).
