What is the issue?
If you're experiencing issues when paying your Holded invoice, you'll just need to update the data of the card you'll be using for the payment.
How to solve it
You can change your card data by following these steps:
- Go to Control menu > Subscription > Payment methods
- Click on Add and update your card data
- If you have got more than one card, choose your default card
- Go to Control Menu > Subscription > Check invoices
- Have a look at the pending invoice and click on Pay now
