What is the issue?
If you are experiencing issues in finding your Holded invoice, you'll see that getting it is really simple.
How to solve it
You can have a look at your Holded invoices directly on the platform. You just need to follow this path: Control menu> Subscription > Check invoices.
In case it's a credit note, you'll find it in the inbox of your email account linked to Holded. If you want to check the email address used in the platform, you can click here and will find the field below Account Details.
