What is the issue?
If you are experiencing issues when downloading or exporting a file, it's possible that it depends on its size.
How to solve it
You can solve this problem in two ways:
Use your custom Holded access
Access the platform from your Custom access link. You will find it in Settings > Account > Preferences. Under Account details, click Visit the portal. By performing your tasks from there, you'll be able to download files of a larger size.
Filter the dates range to get shorter time frames. This way, you'll be able to download or export files of a smaller size.
