Learn how to edit, duplicate and export your purchase invoices in a few easy steps.
Management options
A. Edit
- From the list, click on the three-point menu (⋮) to the right of the invoice you want to edit
- Click on Edit
- Modify the necessary data
- Save the changes
B. Duplicate
- From the list, click on the three-point menu (⋮) to the right of the invoice you want to duplicate
- Click on Duplicate
- Make changes if necessary
- Save the new invoice
As a result, the duplicated invoice will have a new invoice number
C. Export
Holded allows you to export your purchase invoice list easily:
- Go to the download icon on the top right
- Select the export option that suits you best (Export Excel, Export PDF, Export Google Sheets, Export items)
