When creating a purchase invoice, you may need to include a heading to divide the list of items into several groups or categories.
A case in point to better understand this idea would be the purchase of food. For example, you may find it useful to divide the list of items by type:
Concept | Description | Price |
Fruit | ||
Apple | 1,5 | |
Peach | 2,4 | |
Vegetables | ||
Spinach | 1,2 | |
Celery | 1,8 |
This may be a very simple case, but you can always extrapolate this idea and use this feature to separate the items or concepts in your purchase invoices into as many categories or groups as you need.
Divide concepts or items by groups using headings
- Create a new purchase invoice or edit an existing one, depending on the case
- In Concept, write *t* to enter the heading

You can type *t* to include as many headings as you require. Also, remember that you can drag the items on your invoice to organize them as you prefer.
