Neither the contacts nor the products or services that you have created when generating the invoice will be deleted.
How?
Go to Sales > Invoices, and select one or multiple invoices and click Delete
Holded will subtract the number of deleted invoices to maintain the numerical correlation.
For example, if your last invoice is F002 and you delete it, this same number will be assigned to the next invoice you create.
On the contrary, if you have created up to F003, the next invoice will be F004. Regardless of whether you have deleted F001, F002 or F003, since Holded always continues the numbering from the last invoice generated.
