Get there
- Go to the Control menu, located in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click on Settings
- Go to Invoicing and select Document templates
Edit, duplicate or delete templates
Holded allows you to create and modify templates for each type of document you work with on the platform.
Edit
- Select the one you want to modify from the Templates section
- Make the necessary changes
- Click the Save button in the top right corner

Duplicate
- Select the template
- Click the three dots button ( ⋮ ) next to the Save button in the top right corner
- Click Duplicate
Delete
- Select the template
- Click the three dots button ( ⋮ ) next to the Save button in the top right corner
- Hit Delete
