Customizing columns in your task list
From the task list in Holded you can view all the tasks that have been created in your projects. You can also decide which columns you want to display according to the information you consider most relevant.
- Click on the two-column icon at the top right, just below the export icon
- Check the boxes of the columns you want to be displayed in the task list:
Key The task identifier code. Name The name or title of the task. Status The status of the task. Type The specific type of task. Project The related project or project in which the task is included. List List to which the task belongs within the project. Start Start date assigned to the project. End Due date assigned to the project. Priority Informs about the relevance of the task. For example: High, Medium, or Low. Refers to the numerical unit to define the difficulty of the task. Story points Refers to the numerical unit to define the difficulty of the task. Comments Number of comments included in the task. Files Number of files added to the task. Assignees Number of members assigned to the task. Tags The tags assigned to the task will be displayed. Archived This tag will be displayed for the projects you have archived.
When you are done, simply click out of the selection menu and the changes will be applied automatically.
Once you have confirmed the columns you wish to view, you will no longer have to indicate this unless you wish to apply changes. This way, whenever you access the task list, you will always be able to see the information you are most interested in about each task.
