How to get there
- Access the Accounting section
- Select General ledger
How to create an entry
- Go to General ledger
- Click the blue + button
- Choose the type of Entry or if you need a Default Entry
- Fill in or modify the data
- Click on Save
If you need one more line of note, press the + button.
If you need to delete a line click on the red trash can icon.
How to edit an entry
- Go to General ledger
- Select the entry you want to modify
- Edit the data
- Click Save
Keep in mind that modifying an accounting entry does not modify the invoice, but if you modify the document, the corresponding entry will change.
When modifying the accounting account of an entry, the amount will be automatically transferred to the new account.
You can modify the entry contact and thus transfer the amount to the new customer or supplier.
How to delete an entry
- Go to General ledger
- Select the entry you want to delete
- Click Delete on the bottom bar of your screen
When deleting an entry there is no option to recover it from the trash
Keep in mind that deleting an accounting entry does not eliminate the corresponding invoice, in case of you need to delete the two, you will have to delete the document.How to check an entry
- Go to General ledger
- Select the entry you want to tap
- Enable the Check option at the bottom of your screen
- Click Apply
Entry checking is an action that allows you to mark all those movements that you know are correct.
