How to import your Amazon orders to Holded
The Amazon integration does not allow to import order returns automatically
Get there
- From the toolbar go to Products
- Click on Amazon - Orders
The synchronization with Amazon is automatic so when you access Amazon - Orders, you will see a list of the orders that have been imported.
However, if you need to force the import from Amazon, click on the Import button at the top center of the screen.
When you click Import, it is very important that you do not leave the page so as not to interrupt the import. This is because Amazon only allows orders to be uploaded every 160 seconds.
If you cannot find an order when using the magnifying glass button next to Import, use the search bar to the right to perform a comprehensive search across the entire set of marketplaces.
Additionally, from this window, you can filter the orders by the statuses that you will find in the left column, as well as by date in the filters available at the top of the screen.
