Holded gives you the possibility to integrate several Shopify stores within the same account.
You can do that by choosing to either synchronize your stock level or your products. This might change depending on whether you have the same SKU shared between your stores’ products or not.
As an example, in case of sharing the same SKU between stores, the stock selected in Shopify has to be the same for all the products that have the same SKU. Once in Holded, products will be synced only for one store, while stock synchronization will have to be enabled for all of them.
In case you have multiple Shopify stores, here are three different scenarios and the best practices we recommend you to have your integration working correctly.
Scenario 1
The SKU is the same for every store as well as the stock.
STORE A |
Enable Products synchronization |
Enable stock synchronization |
STORE B |
Do not enable products |
Enable stock synchronization |
Scenario 2
Some stores share the same SKU and some don’t.
In this case the products that have to be imported are just for one store, while the other products have to be manually created in Holded to avoid the overwriting of the repeated items.
STORE A |
Enable product synchronization |
Enable stock synchronization |
STORE B |
Do not enable product |
Enable stock synchronization |
Scenario 3
Each store has a different product’s SKU and a different stock.
STORE A |
Enable product synchronization |
Enable stock synchronization |
STORE B |
Enable product synchronization |
Enable stock synchronization |
How to add additional Shopify stores to your Holded account
To synchronize multiple Prestashop stores the process is exactly the same as for just one store, you’d just need to repeat the same steps for each store you want to connect to the Holded account.
