Inventory is a functionality of the platform that allows you to manage the complete cycle of your products and control your stock.
The basic plan includes only product management. However, you can access comprehensive management by activating the Inventory gem in the Holded Store.
The Inventory Control Panel
Activate the Inventory gem to use the Control Panel
The Control Panel gives you a global view of your products, your stock and their related documents (sales orders, purchase orders, and waybills). In this way, you will be able to access all the Inventory functionalities from a single place:
Product management Go to products
The basic plan of Holded for companies allows only the management of simple products. However, by activating the Inventory gem, you can take your management to the next level, creating lots and serial numbers, product packs, organizing your products by categories and variants, and even scanning and printing your barcodes and labels.

Operations Go to products
From the Operations section of the Control Panel, you will be able to update the stock of several products simultaneously, generate files that contain printable labels with the barcode, move the stock between warehouses automatically without creating delivery notes, or access the options for import and update of products.

Product properties Go to Properties
Here you can create categories and groups of variants (for example, size and color), different rates for the same product, or check the logistics stages or pipelines in which your shipments are.

Remember that if you choose an automatic stock system, the stock of your products will be intelligently discounted when creating invoices, orders, and waybills. Learn here how to choose your stock system.
Export your inventory
Holded allows you to export all your Inventory information in PDF and Excel formats. You will be able to export your products, your purchase and sale orders, your delivery notes, and also your warehouses.
Inventory Reports Go to reports
Inventory reports allow you to consult aggregate data about your products and stock. This data comes from the information you have entered on sales invoices, sales orders, packing slips, and stock adjustments. In this way, you will be able to carry out a detailed analysis of this particular aspect of your business.
