How to get there
- Click on the Control menu, located on the top right of the screen
- Select Holded Store
- From the Integrations tab, select PrestaShop from the list
How to start the integration
In Holded
- Click on the Control Menu and go to the Holded Store
- In the Integrations tab, click on PrestaShop and select Connect and configure
- At the bottom of the PrestaShop integration page, select, Download PrestaShop plugin to download the integration plugin folder
- Click on the Control Menu again
- Select Settings and access More
- Click on Developers
- Click on + new API key to create a new key
In PrestaShop
- Go to the List of Modules
- Upload the Plugin folder you previously downloaded from Holded
- Introduce the Holded API key in your PrestaShop Panel
- Save
How to complete the integration
- Once selected PrestaShop from Holded Store, click on Activate
- Type in the first part of your PrestaShop URL (usually the name of your store)
- Click on Settings to open the synchronization window with the 4 integrations sections.
Sales
Follow these steps to configure how to import your orders
- Fill in the data
Click on the icon to access to all the details
- Select the Advanced Settings option to define things like document numbering and accounting accounts.
Click on the icon to access to all the details
- Select Configure order statuses to mark the status of your order respecting the status numbers previously configured in PrestaShop.
By selecting Paid, the orders with the related number will be imported as tickets or invoices and will be marked as paid.
By selecting Pending, the orders with the related number will be imported as tickets or invoices without added payment.

Products
- Click on the drop-down menu to select if you want to import your products.
Stock level
- Click on the drop-down menu to select if you want to sync your stock
Warehouses
- Click on the drop-down menu to select the warehouse where to register your stock movement
After following these 4 steps, click the Save button at the top right of your screen.
Click on the Synchronize button, at the top right of your screen, each time you need to update the data.
