How to get there
- Access Partners from the toolbar
Only administrators or owners of a consultancy account will have the necessary permissions to manage requests and messages.
Accepting a collaboration request
Every time you receive a new request or a new message, you will be notified by email.
- From your Dashboard, go to the Pending Requests tab
- Select the conversation
- Click on Accept Collaboration
- Confirm the action
The client will be notified and will grant you the permissions to manage the account.
Declining a collaboration request
- From your Dashboard, go to the Pending Requests tab
- Select the conversation
- Click on Decline
- Confirm the action
Managing messages
- From your Dashboard, check for unread messages in the Messages column
- Select the corresponding account to access the conversations
