How to convert your inbox files into a Holded document
To convert your received files into a new Holded document, you can either choose between two options: sending it to our smart scan solution or manually transcribe the file data.
How to use the smart scan
- From Inbox, select the file you need to convert
- From the detailed file view, click on the Smart Scan button
Please note that when you create your account, you will by default have 5 readings available for free.
How to manually transcribe your file data
- From Inbox, select the file you need to convert
- From the detailed file view, click on the Manual Capture button
- Choose the type of breakdown by activating the Divide by lines toggle
- Click on Create
Use the Full Creator button to generate a new document in Holded where you can attach your file. The types of documents that you can create are purchase, purchase order and corrective purchase.
How to attach your file to an existing document
- From Inbox, select the file you need to convert
- From the detailed file view, click on the Assign to an existing document button
- Select from the list the document you want to associate to your file
- Confirm the operation
