- Access the Projects section on the top bar
- Access Workload
In this section, you may check the workload for each of the members on your team divided by:
- Number of projects assigned
- Number of tasks per status
- Total estimated time of the total tasks
- Total time entered in the tasks
- Total pending time
- Total capacity
- Progress by percentage
It is important to note that the data reflected in this section only includes information from public Projects.
Here's how the data is reflected in each of the columns:
Here's where you can see the total number of projects that the user has been assigned to.
A user will be assigned to a project if it appears in the Project> Configuration> Members section.
This column shows the number of Tasks assigned to the user. They are divided by status: 'To do', 'In progress' and 'Completed'.
You can configure the status of tasks from Settings> Projects> Task statuses.
Tasks must have a Start Date assigned to appear in this view.
Here you will see the total estimated time that has been assigned per Task. You can add this information in the Estimated Time field for Tasks.
4) Logged Time
This column shows the Time records entered by a user for each Task.
Only Recorded Time that has been approved will appear here.
5) Remaining Time
In this column, you may check the time remaining to finish all the Tasks assigned to a user.
6) Total Capacity
Here you can see the total working hours that a user may spend on any given Task or Project. For this information to appear, a user must be linked to a contract.
To do that, first, you have to register them as an employee in the Team> Employees section . After that, a Contract must be assigned to that person by entering the working hours. Finally, edit the employee's status by accessing the Employee Portal tab and linking them to a user.
It's also worth noting that Total Capacity data will only be visible if the user has been assigned a role that has access to Team.
This is a progress bar that compares the Estimated Time to the Time entered via percentage.
