Get there
- Go to Projects in the navigation bar
- Click on Workload
Viewing and analyzing the information by columns under Workload
1. Projects
Remember that in order to see the associated workload, projects must be public.
From this column, you can view the number of projects assigned to a specific user.
If you want a user to be included in a specific project:
- Access the project in question from Projects
- Click on the Configuration button
- Select the Members option
- Review the users included and if you want to add one, click on Add members
- Check the users you want to add and click Invite

2. Tasks
Tasks must have a start date assigned to them in order to appear in this view
This column shows the number of tasks assigned to the user. They are divided by status: To do, In progress, and Done.
To configure the status of the tasks:
- Go to the Control menu
- Select Settings
- Click on Projects
- Go to Task statuses

3. Estimated time
The total estimated time allocated to each task will be displayed here. You can add this information in the Estimated time field of the tasks.

4. Logged time
The logged time must be approved to be shown in this view
This column displays the time records entered by the user in the tasks.

5. Pending time
In this column you can check the pending time to finish all the tasks assigned to the user.
6. Total capacity
The total capacity information will only be visible if the user has a role that includes access to employees.
The total number of hours the user can work is displayed here. This information is taken from the employee's contractually assigned working hours.
Make sure that the employee is registered and has a contract assigned with working hours. Check out the Team section in our Academy to learn more.
7. Progress
A progress bar is shown here in percentage that relates the Estimated time to the Time logged.
Filter and segment data in Workload
- Use the drop-down at the top left to segment by task status (All, To do, In process, Done)
- Use + Filter to filter by project
You can also use the search bar to enter keywords, or use the time selector to enter specific dates.
