Get there
- Go to Projects from the navigation bar
- Enter a specific project
- Click on Settings
- Select the General option
- Click on the three-point menu (⋮)
Duplicating, archiving, and deleting projects
Holded offers you several options when it comes to organizing the projects you are working on. Thus, you can duplicate projects and reuse structures that you have already used previously, as well as archive or delete them to maintain the order you need.
A. Duplicating projects
- Select the Duplicate option from the menu
- Enter a name for the duplicated project
- Select a contact to associate with the new project
- Indicate which project data you want to duplicate using the corresponding toggles: Tasks (cards), Users, Forms, Files, Notes, Discussions
- Hit the Duplicate button to confirm
B. Archiving projects
- Select the Archive option from the menu
- In the pop-up window, click the Confirm button to execute the action
C. Deleting projects
- Select the Delete option from the menu
- In the pop-up window, enter the indicated text in the provided field
- Click on Delete to confirm
