How to access:
- Access the " Sales" section of the top bar
- Click the "Activities" option from the dropdown
In this section you can create and manage your activities to track their status during the sales cycle.
1) Create a new activity
How to access:
- Access the " Sales" section of the top bar
- Click the "Activities" option from the dropdown
- Click the upper right blue "+" button
- Fill in the information and click "Confirm"
- Type: Select between (Call, Meeting, Flight, Lunch, Dinner) or another type that you have previously created.
- Title: Add a name to the event. For example, Follow-up Call.
- Date: Select the date.
- Start Time: Select the start time.
- Duration: Select the expected time of the activity so that it appears on the Calendar correctly.
- Notes: Write notes to expand the information of the activity.
- Contact: Select the company with which you want to relate the activity
- Deal: Select the Deal with which you want to relate the activity.
- Assigned to: Assign activity to a Holded user.
- External participants: Write an email if you are not registered as a user in Holded and you want to send an email notification.
- Schedule alert: Check the box and select when you want to send the notification to assigned users and registered emails.
- Mark as Completed: In the event that the activity has already been carried out, you can mark it as Completed or you can edit it once you have done it.
When you save the activity, Holded will send a notification to the users it has been assigned in addition to an alert at the time of the event if you have activated the option.
2) Edit and manage an activity

- Access the " Sales" section of the top bar
- Click the "Activities" option from the dropdown
- Click on an "Activity"
- Edit the information and click "Confirm"
By editing a deal you can modify the previously created fields .
6) Filter your activities
How to access:
- Access the " Sales" section of the top bar
- Click the "Activities" option from the dropdown
- Click the upper right button in the form of "Filter"
- Click "Add Filter"
In any type of view you can filter your deals according to these criteria:
- State
- Type
7) Delete an activity
How to access:
- Access the " Sales" section of the top bar
- Click the "Activity" option from the dropdown
- Click on an "Activity"
- Click the bottom "Delete" button
