Sales funnel, also known as CRM, is a functionality that allows you to follow the cycle of your sales, showing each of the stages of business negotiation, from the reception of the lead to the closing of a contract.
What can you do with Sales funnel?
1. Register new deals

In Holded you can create a new opportunity, relate it to your contacts and activities, share it with your colleagues, as well as check your financial forecasts by day, week, month, or quarter.
By calculating the probability of your opportunity you can generate a forecast of your possible income and consult it from the Forecasts section as well as add a percentage of closure probability depending on the phase in which you are.
2. Create funnels

Each opportunity corresponds to a pipeline. The different stages of a pipeline are customizable, and you can also set the number of days after which an opportunity will be considered rotten. Each pipeline can be public or private, depending on your needs.
By deleting a pipeline, you can transfer the corresponding opportunities to another pipeline.
3. Provide additional information

You can assign an economic value to your opportunity, add a closing date, and select the stage of the pipeline previously configured you want to start the cycle with. You can also add notes, upload files and create related activities, such as meetings with clients, as well as check their history.
Furthermore, you can choose whether to opt for a more graphic display of your opportunities with the funnel view or if you prefer to consult them through a list. Whichever view you choose, you can always filter your opportunities as well as duplicate or eliminate them.
4. Modify their values and statuses
Find out here how to modify the statuses and values of a deal
The status of a deal or opportunity can be modified at any time. You can also check its value depending on the stage it is in, and overview all related activities and extra fields that have been added.
Keep in mind that if you are an account administrator you will have full control over the management of the pipeline and its opportunities, while if you have a user account your rights will be limited.
