How to get there
- Open the Control Menu in the upper right corner
- Click on Settings
- Select CRM
- Click on Activity types
Configuring the activity types
By default, Holded provides you with 5 types of activities that you can use both in your Calendar events and add to your Deals. You can add new types, according to your business needs, or modify and delete those already available.
1. Create new activities types
- From Activity types, click on + Add type of activity
- Select a representative icon
- Choose a color
- Name the activity
- Click on the Save button at the top right of your screen
2. Edit activities types
- From Activity types, click on the type of activity you need to modify
- Click on the section you want to edit, be it the icon, the color or the name.
- Make your changes
- Click on the Save button at the top right of your screen.
3. Delete activities types
- Access to Activity types,
- Click on the trash icon next to the type of activity you need to delete.
- Confirm the action
- Click on the Save button at the top right of your screen
