How to access:
- Click on the Name of your company (top right)
- Access Settings (cogwheel)
- Click on "CRM"
- Click on " Sales Teams ".
In this section you can create and manage your sales teams so that they have their own pipelines and can focus on their respective market niches.
1) Create new sales teams
How to access:
- Click the blue "+" button at the top right
- Fill in the information and click "Save"
- Name: Name the team and then assign it to the users.
- Color: Assign a color to differentiate it from other equipment.
- Team Leader: Name a team leader.
- Icon: Select an icon to differentiate it from other computers.
2) Add members to sales teams
How to access:
- Go to Configuration> CRM> Sales Team
- Click on a Sales Team
- Click on the "Add members" button on the upper right
- Select a Holded user and click "Save"
Adding a Holded user to the sales team will restrict that user's access to the pipeline assigned to the sales team.
3) Add sales teams to a Pipeline
How to access:
- Access the " Sales" section of the top bar
- Click the "Deals" option from the dropdown
- Click the top right button "Pipeline 1" or the name you have previously given to the pipeline
- Select a previously created pipeline
- Click the "Edit Pipeline" button
- Click on the "Public" dropdown and change it to "Private"
- Click the "+" button and select the created sales team
In the event that all your pipelines are "Private", you can assign a "Sales team" to a pipeline and that team will only be able to access that pipeline.
- Privacy: If you select the Public option, any user will be able to access the pipeline. In the event that you choose the "Private" option, you can select the users or "Sales teams" that you can access.
4) Edit sales teams
How to access:
- Go to Configuration> CRM> Sales Team
- Click on a Sales Team
- Click on the button ":" upper right
- Click Edit
Once the sales team is created, you can modify the following fields at any time:
- Name: Name the team and then assign it to the users.
- Color: Assign a color to differentiate it from other equipment.
- Team Leader: Name a team leader.
- Icon: Select an icon to differentiate it from other computers.
5) Eliminate Sales Teams
How to access:
- Go to Configuration> CRM> Sales Team
- Click on a Sales Team
- Click on the button ":" upper right
- Click Delete
By deleting a sales team users will be able to access any pipeline.
Now that you have assigned users to the different sales teams, they will be able to access only those pipeline that the sales team has assigned.
