How to get there
- Open the Control Menu in the upper right corner
- Click on Settings
- Select CRM and click on Preferences
Configuring a sales team
Configuring your sales teams is important to set the privacy of your funnel. By setting the privacy level to Private, only the selected users and sales team members will have access to the funnel and their opportunities.
1. Creating a sales team
- From Sales team, click on New team
- Fill in the relevant fields such as name, color, team leader and select a representative icon
- Click on Save
2. Adding members to a sales team
- From Sales team, select the team
- Click on + Add members at the top right of your screen
- Select all the users you need to add
- Click Save
3. Editing a sales team
- From Sales team, select the team
- Open the three-dot menu at the top right of your screen
- Click on Edit
- Save your changes
4. Deleting a sales team
- From Sales team, select the team
- Open the three-dot menu at the top right of your screen
- Click on Delete
- Confirm the action
